தமிழக மருத்துவ மாணவர்கள் மர்ம மரணம், சிபிஐ விசாரணை தேவை-வைகோ கோரிக்கை!

இராமேஸ்வரத்தைச் சேர்ந்த கிருஷ்ண பிரசாத் என்ற மருத்துவக் கல்லூரி மாணவர், சண்டிகரில் உள்ள மத்திய அரசு மருத்துவ ஆராய்ச்சிக் கல்லூரியில், உயர்கல்வி படித்துக் கொண்டு இருந்த நிலையில், 2018 பிப்ரவரி 27 அதிகாலையில், மர்மமான முறையில் இறந்து கிடந்தது குறித்து, மறுமலர்ச்சி தி.மு.க பொதுச்செயலாளர்வைகோ, இந்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் ராஜ்நாத் சிங்குக்கும், மக்கள் நல்வாழ்வுத்துறை அமைச்சர் நட்டா அவர்களுக்கும் கடிதம் எழுதி உள்ளார்.

அன்பிற்குரிய ராஜ்நாத் சிங் அவர்களே,

வணக்கம். அதிர்ச்சி தருகின்ற ஒரு துயர நிகழ்வினை, இக்கடிதத்தின் வாயிலாகத் தங்கள் கவனத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வருகின்றேன்.

தமிழ்நாட்டில் இராமேஸ்வரத்தைச் சேர்ந்த கிருஷ்ண பிரசாத் என்ற மாணவர், தகுதி அடிப்படையில் தமிழ்நாட்டில் மருத்துவக் கல்லூரியில் எம்.பி.பி.எஸ். படித்து முடித்து, மத்திய அரசின் உயர்கல்வி ஆராய்ச்சி நிறுவனத்தில், சண்டிகரில் உள்ள அறுவை மருத்துவத்தில் மேல்படிப்பு பயில, தகுதி அடிப்படையில் இடம் பெற்று, கடந்த ஆறு மாதங்களாகப் படித்து வந்தார்.

2018 பிப்ரவரி 26 காலையில், மர்மமான முறையில் இறந்து கிடந்தார் என்ற செய்தி அறிந்து, அவரது பெற்றோரும் குடும்பத்தினரும் கடும் அதிர்ச்சிக்கு ஆளாயினர்.

இறந்துபோன கிருஷ்ண பிரசாத், ஒரு வாரத்திற்கு முன்னர் தனது பெற்றோரிடம், இந்தி மொழியில் பேசுவது சற்றுச் சிரமமாக இருக்கின்றது என்று கூறி இருக்கின்றார். இந்நிலையில், தமிழகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மேலும் இரண்டு மாணவர்கள், தில்லியில் மருத்துவ உயர்கல்வி வகுப்பில் சேர்ந்த சில நாள்களில் மர்மமான முறையில் மரணம் அடைந்த விபரீதத்தை உங்கள் கவனத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வருகின்றேன்.

2016 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 1 ஆம் தேதி, தமிழ்நாட்டின் திருப்பூர் மாவட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த சரவணன் என்ற மாணவர், தகுதி அடிப்படையில் எம்பிபிஎஸ் படித்து முடித்து, அதே தகுதியில் தில்லியில் உள்ள அகில இந்திய மருத்துவ அறிவியல் கழகத்தில் மருத்துவ மேல்படிப்புக்குச் சேர்ந்த பத்தாம் நாள், அவர் தங்கி இருந்த அறையில், மர்மமான முறையில் இறந்து கிடந்தார். உடல் பரிசோதனையில், அவரது வலது கை தமனி நரம்பில் தடித்த ஊசி கொண்டு, வென்~பிளான் எனும் நஞ்சு செலுத்தப்பட்டதால் அவர் உயிர் இழந்தார் என்று தெரிவித்தது. சரவணன் இடது கை பழக்கம் உடையவர் அல்ல. எனவே, வலது கை தமனி நரம்பில், அவராகவே அந்த ஊசியைச் செலுத்த வாய்ப்பு இல்லை என்று மருத்துவ அறிஞர்கள் கூறுகின்றார்கள். அவர் தங்கி இருந்த அறையில் ரத்தத் துளிகள் தரையில் சிந்தி இருந்தன. காலி பாட்டில்கள் எதுவும் காணப்படவில்லை. வலுக்கட்டாயமாக அவரது கையில் ஊசி மூலம் நஞ்சு செலுத்திக் கொல்லப்பட்டார் என்பதை ஊகிக்க முடிகின்றது.

தில்லி மருத்துவக் கல்லூரிகளில் மேல்படிப்புக்கு இடம் கிடைக்காதவர்களால் இவர் கொலை செய்யப்பட்டு இருக்கலாம்; அதன் மூலம் அந்த வகுப்பில் காலியாகும் இடத்தை வேறு ஒருவர் கைப்பற்றிக் கொள்ள வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது.

2018 ஜனவரி மாதம், இதேபோல அதிர்ச்சிதரத்தக்க மரணம் தில்லியில் நிகழ்ந்துள்ளது. தமிழ்நாட்டின் திருப்பூர் மாவட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த சரத் பிரபு என்ற மாணவர், தகுதி அடிப்படையில் எம்பிபிஎஸ் படித்து முடித்து தில்லி தில்ஷாத் கார்டனில் உள்ள மருத்துவப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் உயர்கல்வி கற்று வந்தார். ஜனவரி17 ஆம் தேதி காலையில் கழிவறையில் மர்மமான முறையில் இறந்து கிடந்தார். சரவணன் மரணத்தில், எந்தவிதமான முறையில் அவர் சாகடிக்கப்பட்டாரோ, அதே முறைதான் சரத் பிரபு மரணத்திலும் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு இருப்பது தெரிய வந்தது.

இந்தப் பின்னணியில், இராமேஸ்வரத்தைச் சேர்ந்த கிருஷ்ண பிரபு மரணமும், இயற்கையாக நடைபெறவில்லை; அவர் கொலை செய்யப்பட்டு இருப்பதற்கான வாய்ப்புகள் அதிகமாக இருப்பது தெளிவாகின்றது.

தில்லியில் மருத்துவ உயர்கல்வி கற்கின்ற தமிழ்நாட்டு மாணவர்களின் உயிர் பாதுகாப்பு குறித்து, தமிழக மக்களிடம் அச்சமும், கவலையும் ஏற்பட்டு இருக்கின்றது.

எனவே, மேலே குறிப்பிட்ட மூன்று மாணவர்களின் மரணம் குறித்தும், மத்திய குற்றப் புலனாய்வுத்துறை விசாரணை மேற்கொள்ள தாங்கள் உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் எனும் எனது கோரிக்கை நீங்கள் செயல்படுத்துவீர்கள் என நம்புகிறேன்.

Dear Shri Rajnath Singh ji

Vanakkam. I would bring to your kind notice, a matter of grave concern, regarding the death of Krishna Prasad in the Union Territory of Chandigarh, under myseterious circumstances. On 26th February 2018, 5.00 a.m., who was studying post-graduate medical course first year Master of Surgery in Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh.

He was admitted in that institute six months back. His parents and family members were terribly shocked to hear the tragic demise of Krishna Prasad.

A week back, the deceased Krishna Prasad told his parents that he faced some difficulties because of his inability to speak Hindi.

I am pained to point out two previous mysterious deaths of students of Tamilnadu, who got admitted for Post-graduate medical study in Delhi.

In July 2016, Mr Saravanan of Tiruppur District in Tamilnadu, who completed his MBBS on merit and got admitted in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, to study Doctor of Medicine, Post graduate course. On July 10th, he was found dead in his room. In his right hand vein, venflon was injected, which took his life.

He is not a left hander. Therefore, there is no possibility of injecting himself as per the version of medical experts.

It was found on the floor drops of blood. No empty bottle was found. It could be clearly presumed that he was forcefully injected with the poisonous medicine and killed.

Medical experts draw an inference that those who could not admission in the post graduate course might have killed Saravanan, so that a vacancy would arise, which could be utilised to get admission. Another shocking incident took place in January 2018, this year. One medical student Mr. Sarath Prabu of Tiruppur District, Tamilnadu who finished his MBBS course on merit in Tamilnadu, got admission, to study general medicine post-graduate course in the University of Medical Sciences, Dilshad Garden, Delhi.

On 17th January 2018 morning, he was found dead in the toilet under mysterious circumstances. The same modus operandi, which was adopted for the death of Saravanan, was adopted in this tragic death of Sarath Prabu.

In this background, now, another shocking news of sudden demise of Mr. Krishna Prasad, hailing from Rameshwaram in Tamilnadu, who completed his MBBS on merit, admitted to study Post-graduate course in the PGIMER Medical College in Chandigarh, causes shock and suspicion.

I strongly believe that he might have been killed, as it happened in the above mentioned previous mysterious deaths.

Now, I understand Post-mortem has been conducted on the body of Krishna Prasad. There is every possibility to influence the cocerned authorities in the Medical institute.

Heavy apprehension is prevailing in the minds of the people of Tamilnadu about the security of students of Tamilnadu, who are studying in the Medical colleges of Delhi.

Therefore, I would request you to initiate CBI enquiry on these three mysterious deaths.

Therefore I do hope that you would order CBI inquiry for which I shall highly obliged to you.
