மேற்கு வங்க முதல்வர் மம்தா பானர்ஜி அவர்களுக்கு, மறுமலர்ச்சி தி.மு.கழகப் பொதுச்செயலாளர் வைகோ அவர்கள் இன்று (19.9.2015) எழுதியுள்ள கடிதம்:-

மேற்கு வங்க முதல்வர், அன்புச் சகோதரி மம்தா பானர்ஜி அவர்களுக்கு:-

வணக்கம். வங்கத்துச் சிங்கம் நேதாஜி அவர்களைப் பற்றி, மேற்கு வங்க அரசிடம் இருந்த 64 ரகசிய ஆவணங்களைப் பொது மக்கள் பார்வைக்கு வெளிப்படுத்துவதாகத் தாங்கள் அறிவித்து இருப்பது வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்புமிக்கதாகும். அதற்காகத் தங்களுக்கு என் நன்றியையும் பாராட்டுகளையும் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கின்றேன்.

கடந்த 2014 டிசம்பர் மாதம் 22 ஆம் நாள் தங்களுடன் அலைபேசியில் உரையாடியதை நினைவு கூர்கின்றேன். மத்திய அரசின் பொறுப்பில் உள்ள நேதாஜி குறித்த ரகசிய ஆவணங்களை வெளியிடக் கோரி மறுமலர்ச்சி திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழகத்தின் சார்பில் சென்னையில் நடத்த இருக்கின்ற பேரணியில் பங்கேற்று உரை ஆற்றிட, திரிணமூல் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் மூத்த தலைவர் ஒருவரை அனுப்பி வைக்குமாறு கேட்டுக் கொண்டேன்.

இதுகுறித்துத் தங்கள் கட்சியின் மூத்த தலைவர்களோடு பேசிவிட்டுத் தொடர்பு கொள்வதாகக் கூறினீர்கள். அடுத்த சில மணி நேரங்களில் என்னைத் தொடர்பு கொண்டு, திரிணமூல் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் பொதுச்செயலாளரும், மேற்கு வங்க கல்வி அமைச்சருமான மாண்புமிகு பார்த்தா சட்டர்ஜி அவர்களை அனுப்பி வைப்பதாகத் தெரிவித்தீர்கள்.

23.12.2014 அன்று அவர் சென்னைக்கு வந்து, எங்கள் பேரணியில் பங்கேற்று உரையாற்றிச் சிறப்பித்தார். அப்போது நான் உரை ஆற்றுகையில், ‘நேதாஜி குறித்த ஆவணங்களை மத்திய அரசு வெளியிடக் கோரி மேற்கு வங்க அரசு மத்திய அரசை வலியுறுத்த வேண்டும்; அதற்காகப் போராட்டம் நடத்த வேண்டும்’ என்று கேட்டுக் கொண்டேன்.

1945 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்டு 18 ஆம் நாள் நடைபெற்றதாகக் கூறப்படும் விமான விபத்தில் நேதாஜி இறக்கவில்லை. அவர் ரஷ்யப் படைகளால் சிறைப் பிடிக்கப்பட்டு, சைபீரியச் சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டுச் சித்திரவதை செய்யப்பட்டார் என்பதை நம்பத்தகுந்த பல ஆவணங்கள் உறுதி செய்கின்றன. இந்தப் பின்னணியில் பண்டித நேருவின் அரசு, ரஷ்ய அரசுடன் இணைந்து செயல்பட்டு இருக்கின்றது.

2015 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 23 நேதாஜியின் பிறந்த நாள் அன்று, தென் தமிழகத்தின் ஒரு முக்கியமான நகரமாகிய பாளையங்கோட்டையில் எங்கள் கட்சியின் சார்பில் ஒரு பொதுக்கூட்டத்தை நடத்தினோம். நேதாஜி குறித்த ஆவணங்களை வெளியிடக் கோரி இயக்கம் நடத்தி வருகின்ற தேவிபிரசாத் புருஷ்டி அவர்கள் ஒடிஷாவில் இருந்து வருகை தந்து உரையாற்றிச் சிறப்பித்தார்.

இது தொடர்பாக, 2015 மார்ச் 14 ஆம் நாள் நான் கொல்கத்தாவுக்கு வந்து நேதாஜி குடும்பத்தினரைச் சந்தித்துப் பேசினேன். அப்போது என்னைச் சந்திப்பதற்கு, மாண்புமிகு பார்த்தா சட்டர்ஜி அவர்களைத் தாங்கள் அனுப்பி வைத்து இருந்தீர்கள். மேலும் நான் பார்வர்டு பிளாக் கட்சியின் தலைவர் பிஸ்வாஸ் உள்ளிட்ட அக்கட்சியின் முன்னணித் தலைவர்கள் அனைவரையும் சந்தித்துப் பேசினேன்.

2015 மார்ச் 23 ஆம் நாள் மறுமலர்ச்சி திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழகத்தின் சார்பில், புது தில்லி தமிழ்ச் சங்க அரங்கில் எனது தலைமையில் ஒரு கருத்து அரங்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்து இருந்தேன். ஐக்கிய ஜனதா தளம் கட்சியின் தலைவர் சரத் யாதவ், தில்லி உயர்நீதிமன்ற முன்னாள் நீதிபதி ராஜிந்தர் சச்சார், புகழ்பெற்ற வழக்குரைஞர்-முன்னாள் சட்ட அமைச்சர் ராம் ஜெத்மலானி, பஞ்சாபில் இருந்து பேராசிரியர் ஷைனி ஆகியோர் பங்கேற்றுச் சிறப்பித்தனர். நேதாஜி குறித்த ஆவணங்களை மத்திய அரசு வெளியிட வேண்டும் என வலியுறுத்தினர்.

தற்போது, மேற்கு வங்க அரசின் பொறுப்பில் உள்ள 34 ரகசிய ஆவணங்களை பொதுமக்கள் பார்வைக்கு வைப்பதாகத் தாங்கள் அறிவித்து இருப்பது, இந்திய வரலாற்றில் பொன் எழுத்துகளால் பொறிக்கப்படும். அதுபோலவே, மத்திய அரசின் பொறுப்பில் உள்ள 130 ரகசிய ஆவணங்களையும் வெளியிடக் கோரி வலியுறுத்தி இருக்கின்றீர்கள். அந்த ஆவணங்கள் வெளியிடப்படுமானால், வீரஞ்செறிந்த விடுதலைப் போரை நடத்திய, அளப்பரிய தியாகத்தைச் செய்த அந்தத் தலைவரின் புகழ் இந்திய விடுதலைப் போராட்ட வரலாற்றில் வைர வரிகளாகப் பொறிக்கப்படும்.

தேசிய ஜனநாயகக் கூட்டணி அரசு அந்த ஆவணங்களை வெளியிடத் தவறினால், இந்திய தேசிய அளவில் ஒரு போராட்டத்தைத் தாங்கள் நடத்த வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டுக் கொள்வதுடன், அத்தகைய போராட்டத்திற்கு மறுமலர்ச்சி திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழகம் முழு ஒத்துழைப்பு நல்கும் என்பதையும் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கின்றேன்.

Dear sister Mamta Banerjee,

Vanakkam. I extend my heartiest congratulations and gratitude for your historic announcement disclosing 64 classified files on the legendary leader - lion of Bengal Netaji Subash Chandra Bose.

May I recall my conversation with you over telephone on 22.12.2014, requesting you to depute an important leader of Trinamool Congress to participate in the rally organised by MDMK at Chennai to pressurise the union government of India to disclose all the classified files on Netaji forthwith.

You were so kind enough to tell me that you would consult your cabinet colleagues and party leaders on this vital issue. Within hours, you called me over phone to inform that you have deputed the General Secretary of Trinamool Congress, second in party high command and the education Minister of West Bengal cabinet honourable Partha Chatterj who came to Chennai and participated in the rally on 23.12.2014.

In that rally, I made a request to Dr Partha Chatterji that the West Bengal Government should take up the issue with the Central Government and also launch an agitation urging upon the Union Government to disclose all the files on Netaji who was not killed in the air crash on 18.8.1945. There are so many documents and unassailable trustworthy evidence to prove that Netaji was imprisoned in Siberian Jail by the Russian Government where he was tortured. Pandit Nehru Government worked in this conspiracy hands in glow with the Russian Government.

Then I organised a big rally on 23rd January 2015, the birth anniversary of Netaji at Palayamkottai, a southern town of Tamilnadu. Mr Debiprasad Burushti, the chief campaigner for Netaji files from Odisha took part and addressed in that rally.

Then I came to Kolkata on 14.3.2015 to meet the family members of Netaji and take up the issue with the Union Government. You were kind enough to send Mr Partha Chatterji to meet me. I also met all the senior leaders of All India Forward Bloc including Mr Biswas.

Afterthat, I organised a seminar in New Delhi on 23.3.2015 at Tamil Sangam building, in which Mr Sharad Yadav, President of Janata Dal (United), the former Chief Justice of Delhi High Court Hon’ble Rajinder Sachar, the senior most advocate of Supreme Court and the former law minister of India Mr Ram Jethmalani, Prof. Shini from Punjab took part addressed in the meeting presided by me. They demanded the Narendra Modi Government to disclose all the files of the greatest hero of Indian people legendary Netaji.

Now, all the glorious credit goes to you as the proudest daughter of West Bengal who have disclosed 34 classifed files on Netaji. This marvellous action will be written in golden letters of Indian history. Also, you have made a timely demand to the Narendra Modi Government to disclose all the 130 files on Netaji immediately.

Once all the files on Netaji come to light, true chapters of his gallant struggle and stupendous sacrifice will be written in diamond letters of Indian history of freedom struggle.

If the NDA Government fails to oblige this genuine demand, you should organise nationwide agitation in which our MDMK party will extend our fullest support and solidarity.
